IMPORTANT NOTICE
(COPYRIGHT OF MULTIMEDIA MATERIAL ON THE
MUSEUM SITE)
The
Saladellamemoriaheysel.it domain is a creative
project by Domenico Laudadio, self-funded,
non-profit, and voluntarily free of advertising. The
project was created free of charge for the sole
educational and cultural purposes of research and
study, in the name of the ethical value of memory
and as an integral part of the socio-cultural
project shared with the Association of Relatives of
the Heysel Victims, of which the author is a
distinguished member. Therefore, the use of the
archived multimedia content on these pages is not
for profit, but solely for the right to report.
In the
specific case of the numerous photographs on the
site, it is stated that the images found online are
already present in other domains and that it is not
always possible to trace the original copyright
sources with certainty for authorization. These
images have been reduced and degraded in quality
compared to the originals in accordance with Italian
copyright law 633/1941, paragraph 1 bis of Article
70, which states: "the free publication on the
Internet, free of charge, of low-resolution or
degraded images and music, for educational or
scientific purposes and only if such use is not for
profit." (See also, European Parliament Directive
26.03.2019). However, should any copyright holders
raise any objections to any images at any time
will be promptly removed and never reused. Anyone
wishing to claim the rights to their works, without
tacitly agreeing to their use in this Multimedia
Virtual Museum, can write to
postmaster@saladellamemoriaheysel.it
